Roadmap v2.0

• Update documentation with more examples.

• Removed eralchemy from the Pipfile because its compatibility with Apple and PC computers is not clear. There is no way to create a database diagra.png anymore.
• Added this changelog file to keep track of changes on the boilerplate.
• Added documentation for data validations.
• Added documentation for SQL Alchemy operations.
